SANDBLASTED GLASS, OR ‘FROSTED GLASS’, IS PRODUCED BY SANDBLASTING A CLEAR SHEET OF GLASS. IT HAS THE EFFECT OF RENDERING THE GLASS TRANSLUCENT BY THE SCATTERING OF LIGHT

Frosted glass is created through a process of sandblasting a clear sheet of glass. This method allows the glass to appear translucent as it diverts light particles and blurs the images simultaneously. Frosted glass is mainly used to obtain visual privacy while still allowing light to penetrate the sheet.
